Early access terms

ModelWatch is an early access AI dependency intelligence service. It connects verified provider notices to dependency metadata supplied by your team.

Your responsibilities

Keep dependency IDs, owners, environments and usage estimates accurate. Review official migration guidance and test replacement models in your own applications. Mark a migration resolved only after your team has completed it.

Monitoring coverage

The first release monitors OpenAI lifecycle and standard short-context text pricing from selected official pages. Anthropic and Gemini can be recorded as inventory. Coverage does not include every provider feature, custom contract, modality or API. A missing notice does not guarantee a model will remain available.

Estimates and availability

Cost figures are estimates based on supplied monthly token volumes, not invoices. They exclude caching, batch rates, tools, taxes and other charges. Early access does not include a contractual SLA or a guarantee that every change will be detected before it takes effect.

Pricing

The landing page shows proposed Free, Team and Agency pricing. Payments, subscriptions and paid-plan enforcement are not enabled. Early access is free until the operator communicates and you accept different terms.

Ownership and access

You retain ownership of your code and supplied metadata. You control invitations to your workspace. Do not share accounts or invite people who should not be able to access the workspace’s dependencies.

Operator details

Operator identification, support contact, governing law and commercial agreements must be supplied by the operator before a commercial launch. These early access terms are not a replacement for a negotiated commercial or data-processing agreement.
